Not all Change Password options are available to all customers. If you do not see some of some the options described below they are not available. |
Your password is initially set to your employee number. When you log in to the Web PBS Bidder for the first time, the Change Password page appears so you can change your initial password to something more secure.
To change your password when you log in for the first time:
1 Enter your current password (your employee number).
2 Enter a new password.
3 Enter the new password again to confirm it.
4 Click the Change Password button.
Your password is updated and the Info tab appears
To change your password at any time:
1 Switch to the Settings tab.
2 Enter your current password.
3 Enter a new password.
4 Enter the new password again to confirm it.
5 Click the Change Password button.
Your password is updated and the Settings tab displays a message telling you your password was changed successfully.
